Who is Letter Pressed?
Letter Pressed is a small online letterpress stationery boutique. LP produces greeting cards and custom/personalized stationery, as well as the successful Artist Series line of cards and prints. Return Policy & Shipping
Because Artist Series products are limited editions there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges, UNLESS the wrong item is shipped. In which case the incorrect item must be returned in it’s original packaging before the correct item is sent. No additional shipping fee will be assessed.

Letter Pressed takes great care in packaging items for shipment, and is not responsible for damage caused by mail carriers. We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. If you would like to upgrade your shipping option, request a different carrier, or add insurance, please use the contact page to make your request. Be sure to include your name, email, and order description in your message. Additional fees will apply.

Please make sure the address provided with your payment is current and correct. Letter Pressed is not responsible for returned orders.

Can I carry your product in my store?
Yes. And, no. :) We do offer the Artist Series cards to retailers, but not the prints. Distribution of the AS cards is now being handled by DKE Toys, so please send all wholesale inquiries to them.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
